Bananas foster! Chocolate has faded, a little cherry/berry sour is settling in, bourbon kinda gets pushed to the background but is definitely there. Completely changed in the bottle and it’s a lot of fun at this age.

It's held up better than expected, lots of milk chocolate on the nose, the bourbon remains in the forefront the rest of the way, body is much thinner now, and the complexity is gone, but still a good sipping beer.
