I gather Ekim is a semordnilap of the brewer’s name Mike? Yes, no? Anyway, this is a no nonsense imperial stout: smooth roast malt with additions of oats for that smooth drinkability. Coffee, hints of chocolate, bovril and caramel. Pleasing.
