Pivo Bi Rosa is drinking an Aged Best Extra Stout by Coopers at The Guardsman
LCI no. 2 after a schnitty, the crowd building now. This has musty fruitcake, dried fig & raisin, molasses & licorice, sherry-like oxidative notes. Aged to imperfection with the coffee taste a lingering memory. Looking forward to watching Bam Bam debut.

Pivo Bi Rosa is drinking an Aged Sparkling Ale by Coopers at The Guardsman
LCI no. 1 pre-Swans clash. Deep golden, almost dirty amber; nice off-white head. Aromas of honeyed malt, stewed apple, orange marmalade & light toffee, with the fresh floral hops largely faded. Overall a unique unique & very Belgiany & superbly done.

Pivo Bi Rosa is drinking an Equinox by The Uraidla Brewery at Bus Stop 6 King William Road
An unabashed 8.0% DDH DIPA hopped with Citra, Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin. Grapefruit, lime zest & dry white grape finishing with a firm, dry bitterness. Good. Cue boorish AFL commentators referencing the World Cup each time there's a kick off the ground goal.

Pivo Bi Rosa is drinking a Hazy IIPA #2 by Ministry of Beer at Bus Stop 6 King William Road
"Stick to the beer, Pivo". Enough about the game of the day. This is in a similar vein to the HIIPA I checked in previously but a little less dense & a little less variation. Loads of mango, pineapple & stone fruit, backed by an exact bitterness. Superbo.

Midnight black with garnet flashes; thick café-au-lait head. Blending 4 malts with Columbus & Summit hops; dry with dark chocolate, roasted malt & coffee notes. A stout that tastes like a Cascadian dark ale. Another "honourable defeat" by Carr & his PAFC.
