Wild ferment, lots of funk that lingers. Fairly murky due to being unfiltered. Also quite dry.. overall very good, but could use a tad of sweetness to round out the flavours. Would pair well with strong cheeses. 8/10

A relatively light and dry cider. Some stone fruit and white wine come through. And I love the slight funkiness coming through!

This drinks way too easy. Elegant in its simplicity and dry, but with just enough sweetness and complexity. Juicy red apple, peach, nectarine, and lots of dry white wine, and tannins late. Dominion is making me a cider fan with stuff like this.
