A bit funky and sour, but with a nice touch of caramel, toffee, and a faint hint of licorice. I am definitely interested to see what a few years of aging would have on it.

Fruity/woody nose. Sweet and tart. Syrupy body. Fruity flavors, caramel, and wood. Light anise note coming through in the finish. Has a nice bright citrus aspect.
