Acetic, fruity smell. Deep crimson hue, pinkish head. Vivid carbonation. Chuckleberries are beautifully rendered. Sour, tannic, almost peppery, intense fruity taste. Very short, astringent, drying finish. Highly sessionable. Tannic and spicy aftertaste.
