This artisanal wine is made from Sangiovese and Aleatico grapes sourced from Francesco’s land in the Valnerina Valley in Umbria, refermented in the bottle in a semi-sparkling rose style. Uses the award winning Mekano closure using reclaimed plastic, for this colourful and innovative packaging. Slightly cloudy with an orangey-pink hue. A delicate spritz with fine well-lasting bubbles for a Pet Nat. Flavours of green apple, white peach, unripe melon give the mouth a blast of freshness whilst a touch of biscuit character adds complexity. Much cleaner and less funky than you would expect from a Pet Nat.

100% Verdicchio Italian Orange wine from Marche. A wonderful perfume of lemon peel, vanilla and caramelized peach while the palate is tickled by salty almonds, pear and jasmine.

Creamy - Stonefruit - Easy drinking Textured and delightfully sippable, this orange wine is incredibly accessible, immediately greeting your senses with aromas of ripe peach and apricot. Naturally fermented and macerated on the skins with twice-daily punch downs to increase flavour and texture, before being put through a basket press. Once pressed, this juice is left to settle in tank before being transferred to concrete eggs and flexcubes, then into bottle. This is all about marrying the technique of skin maceration with brilliant drinkability to give a wine that’s textured and delicious. Minimal sulphur added with just light filtering, certified with integrity and sustainability, and made without using harmful chemicals. Small batch production, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, grapes are handpicked. Grape: Semillon
