Slightly odd one. Effervescent & crisp. Subtle floral notes to start; long, woody dry bitterness on the finish. None of the proclaimed tropical fruits, though that could be an age thing to be fair (BB 4/1/24). Rating allows for that

Gorgeous refreshing pale, not had a coopers sparkling for years so difficult to compare, will have to seek it out again as this one, influenced by it, is lovely stuff. 2 of the best brewers out there (Wildflower & Burning Sky)

Hoppy but very thin in flavour and taste. A very slight caramel taste is in there , but not enough to alter the base taste or the sweetness
