Mr M: So if what I've learnt/remembered over the years, it was a brewer at York who went to work for Beavertown who had that initial recipe. Hence why we could get it York before the hype

I was saddened to hear of the death of Andy Kershaw. Maybe it’s appropriate that I’m at a gig in Leeds, where he used to put on bands. He wasn’t perfect but he discovered The Wedding Present and promoted such bands as HMHB and The Ukrainians. RIP lad!
