Always careful when it comes to fruitin’ of beer, but these guys nailed it. Just right sour cherry bite in a rich red ale. Highest score in quite a while. Maria is a big fan as well.

Aroma brings a deep acetic/balsamic grip. Herbaceous. Medium aggressiveness. Sour/tart cherries. Sweet, candied, spiced. Layered. Minor acetone. Malty. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, mild carb. Woody, oakey. Powerful. So classy even w/ the aging. Huge.

Bit more of oxidation notes than anticipated. Light dusty touch and flavors seem watered out compared to what I remember from other vintages. Color brown-ish with red hues rather than the opposite for fresh. Sweet and balanced acetic, still good...
