Ouais bin ça décape ca! Peut-etre juste parce que c était la 8e gueuze qu’on goûtait mais Cibole que c’est acide! Peut être que ça se calmerait un peu plus vieille? Après le choc, ça demeure un beau produit qui laisse présager une belle complexité.
