Musky, slight acidity but not overpowering. You get a nice intense cherry that is slightly sharp. You can tell it’s been in the bottle for a good few years. I may if had it a little on the cooler side. I can imaging when it comes up to temp it will go 👍

Smellin a lot of cherry, slightly medicinal. No medicine in the flavor, tho, straight up natural cherry juice. Not super sweet or tart, just tastes real. Tannins hardly come though, and only slight dryness in the finish. Light fizz, but good zip.
