N'a de la Pils que le nom! C'est rond et boozy. Léger goût de pomme, de vin, de raisin. Super amertume sur les notes de poivre. Légère acidité, woody. Herbacée. Pas étonné! Leurs compos sont toujours bonnes.

Bel apport fruité et vineux de la barrique. Une certaine rondeur qui est rapidement atténuée par la finale boisée et sèche. Je n’avais pas gouté aux versions antérieures à travers les années. Original, sympathique, pas trop lourd.
