Back of fridge...Aroma suggests elevated funk, but it really doesn't translate to the palate where surprising sweetness overwhelms. Lychee, stonefruit, a touch of oak and only hint of acidity. Not particularly complex, but a pleasant beer

Bottled April 2018. Now seems as good a time to crack it as any. Quite sweet, candied pineapple, some citrus, with a hint of acetic sour and some well integrated funk and hay. Really nice. Worth putting the time in.

Bottled April 2018. Very very good Lambic. Lemony, with a good whack of funk. Not extremely acidic like some other boatrocker releases

Pretty full on for me at the start but it grew on me. Pretty winey base with a pretty apply funk. Pretty new to these, wasn't my favourite but happy I tried it
