First can from my latest Bacchus shipment. So hard to get good ESB in Oz so it is great to be able to get this which is brewed from the house yeast of a UK brewery. Smooth malt with a hint of fruitcake-y dried fruit. Be great to try from a hand pump.

B M K. is drinking a Fuzzy Fuego by Rocky Ridge Brewing Co. at House Of Hux II: The Huxening
Been keen to try this since Maya . talked it up. Adding chill to beer is easy to fuck up, but they've done this well. Light peach on a caramel sweet malt base and then the growing heat of the habanero at the back end. Heat level and habanero flavour - π

I like that they haven't gone silly with the lactose or marshmallow on this. The vanilla sweetness is there but is nicely cut through by the fairly tart berry combo.

B M K. is drinking a Big Drop Double IPA by Capital Brewing Co at House Of Hux II: The Huxening
Great WC DIPA. Got caramelly malt base with prominent lime and grapefruit citrus hop flavour. Classic piney bitter finish. One of the better Westies I've had recently, I like the bigger malt.

That's a great looking hazy. Nice typical soft and smooth NEIPA malt base that lets the big (triple) dose of hops shine. All the tropical fruit and juiciness you'd expect from Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado but it has a firm bitterness to finish.
