Carbonation is settling down. I like the tropical nose, and that it doesn’t hit you over the head with hop flavor. I’d brew this one again.

Carbonation is calming a bit. Great tropical nose. Flavor leans citrus but aftertaste is stone fruit. Overall very tasty. I will be happy when we dial in the CO2.

Overcarbed now, but it’s better than flat, as it has been. Love the tropical flavors though.
Enjoying the tropical profile on this one. CO2 still a little high but close enough for me.
