Final stop on the vertical. This is much drier than the extract version. In my opinion this is for the better. Love the roasty coffee in this one. Maybe could tone down the body a little bit but this is super rich and I love it 😁

Initial taste of this is quite nice. Hops are spot on and there is plenty of carb. Only knock is that the body is slightly thin, coming in a bit on the dry side. Still a great brew, very clean. I think I like all grain brewing!!

I could not be happier with how this first all grain batch turned out. It’s so nice and crisp, and the gelatin fining has made this our cleanest, clearest beer ever. Add in the Tilt and brewing software… I love where this is headed!

Carbonation is calming a bit. Great tropical nose. Flavor leans citrus but aftertaste is stone fruit. Overall very tasty. I will be happy when we dial in the CO2.
