A Ratte is drinking a KOM Kolsch by Beaverhill Brewing at Untappd at Home
The first half glass is clear but the second half has some watermelon floaties. That’s why I’m hesitant on giving these out for samples. The watermelon flavour is interesting but not on the re-brew list right now

Testing peach and watermelon flavoured versions of my Kolsch. Peach is subtle, the watermelon is different weird in my books, not on my list to do again.

Super light. Little bit watery but also crisp. Tinge of fruit too.

I think this first kolsch attempt will be a hard act to follow. Patio crushable as well.

First try of the Kolsch. Been waiting 8 weeks for this! Clean crisp beer with a fruity finish. Next summers lawnmower beer.

This is the peach version. Funny no head retention on the peach vs watermelon. Again floaties in the bottle, I’d prefer that these are tap room only for samples
