The mango is pretty subtle but I intended it to be that way. Just upping the carbonation overnight before bottling tomorrow. Next time just going to do a sour IPA.

I’m pretty happy with this one. Not really as hazy as expected, maybe dry hopped a bit early and lost some aroma, but I can see myself drinking this whole keg. Going to keep swapping the yeast, maybe lighten the colour a hair too.

I think the pineapple came out on top as far as the flavour but mango is still there. Someone mentioned the flavours came out more as the beer warmed up so maybe not be in a hurry to chug this one.

This beer is mellowing with time. Galaxy hops I believe carry a lot of bite. Perhaps ease off them in the dry hop

Rev2 of citrazza is ready. Similar but different. I need to try them side by side this weekend. Rev 1 was 50/50 malted wheat&barley. Rev2 is classic neipa base 80/10/10 malt barley, flaked oats and flaked wheat Same hops in both.

This is the first bottle I’ve had since the 25th and it tastes a lot worse now, very unpleasant bitterish finish that lingers, this could be oxidation attack. Sending a sample out to an expert next week for analysis 😞 👎

Beer is 9 month olds. Clarity is beautiful now. Malt flavours subdued. Still it aged quiet well
