Enorm zacht, bijna te zacht. Zoet. Prachtige balans, al had 't net steviger mogen zijn voor een perfecte score. Eén van de beste koffieroasts die ik geproefd heb in bier. Zacht en subtiel barrel wat perfect aanvult op het geheel.
