15%-20% ABV...but who really knows? A ton of barley. Dark, complex, roasty...this year’s batch tastes like a fine port out of the gates, but not really boozy at all. I expect it will age very well!
This is technically a new beer. Cask-conditioned IPA brewed w/DE pale malt & hopped w/Azacca, Ekuanot, and Simcoe. Tropical citrus character w/soft biscuity malt. Dry finish. Would like to see this on CO2 instead of cask.
