Splashed out on some spesh brews from Carwyn to celebrate moving into the new house. Coincidentally all from 2018. Time has certainly smoothed this one out, but still has a nice herb and spice quality to it.

Somewhat unclear brown with just a few bubbles. Aroma of bread, toffee, pine, wild herbs. Fullish bodied w very low carbonation (which suits it fine). Sweet w breadcrust with a burst of booze (nothing raw), herbs and bitterness at the end. V nice indeed.
