Hot off the docks and Sailing in from the west coast of the Americas comes a riotous new take on a subtle classic, the west coast pilsner! Our snappy take on this style uses local and international pilsner malts whilst is fermented with a new-to-us lager strain created to be used in conjunction with a generous CARGO OF HOPS. So a generous CARGO we’ve used! Motueka, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo
