Aromatic ginger nose. Light and lemony with a mild ginger bite. You get a little ginger heat after the finish. Tasty and crushable!

Strong perfumy lavender smell as soon as you crack it open. The lavender flavor is fairly strong but the lightness of the mead works well with it so it’s not too intense. Enjoyable

Nice aromatic lemon nose. Light with a good amount of lemon flavor, slightly tart. Really good and you could drink a lot of these on a warm day 🍋

Petillant version (experimenting with bottle conditioning). Pale and clear. A little tart up front. Dry. Smooth. Mouthwatering, actually. The slight carbonation really adds body and complexity. Bumping up to a 4.00.
