We love to have fun with brewing, something I think is reflected in our ideal to be self-sufficient on our brewery farm. We are a 'Paddock to Plate' or 'Ground to Glass' Brewery, growing all of the core ingredients for our beers, right here on our family farm.
Our 5th generation farm lies at the heart of the Margaret River Region of Western Australia, World renowned for it Biological diversitty and quality produce.
As a part of our commitment to the region, we are striving towards a 100% green, clean, Off-Grid future. Our brewery is currently powered by the sun, with plans in place to bring our gas off-line, using a BioDigester.
Our three core beers; Ironstone Pale Ale, Granite IPA and Quartz Session are named after some of the prominent rock-types found in the Southwest, with our pale Ale referencing the ridge of Ironstone in our property, for which our Brewery (and farm) were named. Show Less
