Ik heb nog nooit gehoord van een pseudo-pilsner, maar nadat ik deze op heb snap ik eigenlijk nog steeds niet wat het is. Hij is vooral bitter, pittig, citrus en droog, maar hij komt uit Leiden dus dat is een enorm pluspunt!
