Bottle Deep, muddy brown body. Off-white fizzy head. Aroma of hops, yeast (no caramel or spices as one would expect from the looks). Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Not very well balanced.Earned the Middle of the Road (Level 56) badge!
Beautiful nose of sustained hazelnut and prunes, even a bit of chocolate. As the beer warms up, a shade of spicy phenols and pear liquor. Agile body of reduced oily malt syrup tones. That pear liquor stays at palate, on top of a tail of coriander bite.

Complex, fruity brew with hints of prunes and dates; a winey, alcoholic flavor, rich and rather malty, fairly tangy with a brief, lingering tartness. A bit too alcoholic tasting, though very drinkable.Earned the The Dark Side (Level 7) badge! Earned the Belgian Holiday (Level 23) badge!
Light brown and cloudy with sediment. Aromas of nuts and fruit. The malt flavor is predominant, and it is a little sweet. Full bodied, and a near perfect beer. The muddy appearance and the abundant malt make this much like a dubbel; although a strong one.Earned the Sky's the Limit (Level 19) badge!
