American style Red IPA. Malty and assertively bitter. Nice dark caramel colour and flavour. Dark crusty bread, bitter citrus, a little earthy. Not quite a double at 7.5 imo. Good beer.

Very solid RIPA - won’t call it a double at 7.5% but it’s no delicate flower. Whisper of treacle on the nose, some leafy green notes, then the mid-weight malt keeps it smooth before a LOT of bitterness arrives. Still in my comfort zone but very bitter.
