Jet black, with a big, marshmallowy, mocha-coloured head. The nose is burnt sugar, dark malts, & sweet, milky coffee. The taste is mild, with ground coffee, oats, condensed milk, & a burnt note that clashes nicely with a retronasal jammy/ripe berry note.

Clean, crisp & very Kolsch-like. Mild, honeyed sweetness, mild citrusy hops, a very clean & dry finish. If anything, this is too clean, too mild and too refined to be called a Draught Beer. Likely it's just marketing hiding an unfashionable Kölsch label!
