The recently released July 2023 batch. Up there with Suarez as some of my favorite peach farmhouse beers. Was worried this would be super sour/acidic, but moderately restrained. Leans more “mature”, while still retaining some fresh peach juiciness

Underrated and wonderful hopped up saison. The interplay between the yeast and hops is earthy, unique, and delicious. Not pushing the ibu limits either. Would love to see more like this.
