After a revisit of Alex’s Axe the other night I knew I wanted to get into this. It’s an improvement over the base. The guava is pretty subtle felt mostly in aromas. The crowler feels way more lively than from cans. Excellent

Oh my. Bright, fruity, tart, herbal. Lemon and cherry help cut the sweet but the honey richness remains. Herbal finish that’s fully intergrated and doesn’t overpower the mead. Best of the lot IMO

Canned 1/22 - Deep saturation. Quite spicy, herbal and astringent. Aromas of grass, petrol, peach, pine, grapefruit. Glass of oj on the palate but finishes green, resinous and piney in a way that’s too much. Doesn’t feel like a “house” beer.

Idk what it is about this beer but it’s one of my favs from Wunderkammer. Bright, salty, tart with an undertone of rich honey. Touch of a higher abv. Desert island beer for sure 🍻
