Nice body, could definitely stand an uptick on the ABV but has a sweet cereal maltiness, almost a creaminess to it with subtle lingering alcohol. Heck yeah

It’s been a minute since I’ve had this but it’s much more refined now. Aroma is fantastic. Lemon zest is prominent. This style needs bottle conditioning for sure. About 6 months in the bottle.

Sigh….Another fermentation that got too dry. With all of the bitterness I was hoping for a good malt backbone with some sweetness from the malt but the low finishing gravity made this sucker quite dry. Maybe it will mellow. Not bad but not what I wanted.

Brewed for the 4th of July. Split batch with the pseudo lager but then hopped the whirlpool and dry hopped it. No bitterness but juicy hop flavors on a lager body. Kinda strange actually.

Brewed for a big ole July 4th party. Only had a couple pours before it was gone. I remember it being crushable and super clean with the Lutra yeast. Would brew again.
