The lemon zest. Maybe more Belgian-y than farmhouse funky, but the lemon is very much fresh lemon vs like a fruity citrus. Nice one

Getting that farm vibe for sure. Lemon zest on the front end followed by Belgian waters. Pretty decent.

It’s been a minute since I’ve had this but it’s much more refined now. Aroma is fantastic. Lemon zest is prominent. This style needs bottle conditioning for sure. About 6 months in the bottle.
