Sigh….Another fermentation that got too dry. With all of the bitterness I was hoping for a good malt backbone with some sweetness from the malt but the low finishing gravity made this sucker quite dry. Maybe it will mellow. Not bad but not what I wanted.

Last had 4 weeks ago. It’s actually pretty decent now. Nice hop character and even though it still attacks the palette is manageable
