Most barrel forward of the lot but still smooth. Tawny, light oak, smooth heat, honey, warming

Much better than last few samples. Fuller body, more complex barrel expression, smoother stout. Vanilla, honey, light spice, velvety chocolate. Great

Earned the Hopped Down (Level 60) badge!

A little sharpie on nose and flavor and thinner body. Less interesting base presence as well. Fine chocolate stuff

Mocha, milk chocolate, oak, almond, full body but finished thin. Some RIS like quality, liked it better fresh but still good

Milk chocolate, doughy malt, char, light heat, cake. Not bad but not a favorite

Viscous, honey, tobacco, malt, balanced between barrel and base, rich but lacking a little complexity for a black magick

Slightly smoky, rich but not cloying, smooth roast, molasses, dark fruit, char, vanilla

Apple, green tea, light cheese, earthy funk. Evolving and fading but still has a surprisingly robust body, flavor and funk.

Lovely saison. Bright, tart, botanical, orange, floral, effervescent, lime, oaky.

Fading and losing uniqueness

Delightfully juniper forward, soft full body, pleasant herbal bitterness and a fun bite on finish, grapefruit throughout

Starts bright and melon fruity sweet before finishing with a dirty tart grapefruit resin. Nice body and carb, leafy tropical bitterness

Citrus, white wine, lemon funk, low acidity, low carb, thinning out at this age. Still decent

Low acidity, lemon, light grape, soft funk. Aging well
