2011...yeah. Chocolate/coffee, leaning toward mocha maybe? Bourbon is there for sure. Anise? Slightly strange funky cheese like taste also, but good. Similar to what I've tasted in Founder's Backwoods Bastard. Getting more espresso as this warms up.
