Aromas of Asian pear and honeycrisp apple. Medium-high acidity with a grapefruit softness to it. Glad I decided to crack this due to the fear that the acidity would continue to overtake the beer. Nice beer for Saison Sunday.

Tons of antique furniture with a vein of cherry fruit leather running through it. The Brett balances the malt character nicely. Nice storm beer. Makes me wish I had one for the Fall as well.

Opened up when I let it breathe. A little disjointed and phenolic but once the lees were roused, more of the cherry sweetness balanced the wild character. Paired nicely with Brussels sprouts with some black pepper and lemon zest.

Pretty young with just 4 weeks of Lagering time. Soft brioche with a lemon vein running through it. Would consider increasing the bittering addition next time but for a house lager, it’ll do nicely.

Herbal underripe banana holding strong. ESB gone and slowly working through the old to make room for new.
Alex Chapman is drinking a Culminate (Batch 3) by The Veil Brewing Co. at Park Lawn Cemetary
Bright lemon and warm wicker furniture. Snappy bitterness and strong acidity and lasts just as long as it needs to. A firmer bitterness that has stuck around long than anticipated but would be interested to try it again when it ages longer.
Alex Chapman is drinking The Lady by Forest & Main Brewing Company at Park Lawn Cemetary
Saison Sunday. Aromas of overripe peach, lemon and a touch of mint and tarragon. The body is beautifully soft. Delicious.

Herbal citrus with a nice rounded roast profile. A little ashy with a crisp finish. Much better than the plastic cup that I had it in the first time.
Alex Chapman is drinking a Cloverdilly Bitter by Spent Brewing & Blending at Park Lawn Cemetary
The dried fruit from the yeast paired with the spiced citrus from the Godiva before finishing with the twiggy/earthy dryness from the Fuggles. Might have to fine it to clear it up but damn - it’s not too bad.
Alex Chapman is drinking a Le Petit Épeautre - Bottle Conditioned W/ Sundial's Mixed Culture by is/was brewing at Park Lawn Cemetary
To experience drinking a beer brewed with the same raw, single sourced ingredient while also baking with that same ingredient is something special. Soft, a little nutty with a bright refreshing finish.
Spring version w/ chamomile I was quick to judge this batch and conditioning has helped homogenize this batch. Chamomile and small addition of Mexican vanilla adds to the bread dough vibes from the raw wheat. Soft with the right amount of spice.
