This lush and luxuriant Chardonnay presents tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and freshly sliced banana, all accented by captivating accents of nutmeg, vanilla, honeysuckle, and hazelnut. The palate is voluminous and silky, unfolding with elegant flavors of honeydew melon, golden delicious apple and lemon curd. Secondary layers offer hints of kiwi, papaya, baking spice and clover honey.

Pale straw with golden hues swirl in the glass. On the nose, green apple, dried apricot, Sicilian lemon and white plum invite you to take the first sip. Lively flavors of white peach and Asian pear are complemented by notes of lemon curd finish and brioche on the palate. Our Böen Chardonnay is rich and exceptionally well-balanced, with a bright acidity that drives a long, mouthwatering.

Our dry Rosé of Sangiovese is pure California sunshine in the glass with intense aromas of watermelon, melon, guava, strawberry and a hint of juicy grapefruit. This wine makes everyone smile with big flavors of peach, stone fruit, watermelon and citrus notes.

With earth and wild strawberry on the nose, this red contains 5 percent Petit Verdot for added color and body. Its forest-floor effect is lightened by fine acidity as savory notes of chestnut, nutmeg, and characteristic black cherry emerge.

Our 2022 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of raspberries, blackberries, plum, and mocha with notes of cinnamon and cedar. The wine opens with red fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of black pepper on the long, textured finish.

To create Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon, Tony sourced grapes from throughout Napa’s finest winegrowing regions, including Oakville, Oak Knoll, Yountville, Suscol Ridge, Chiles Valley, Pope Valley and Capell Valley. By layering fruit from Napa’s sparse volcanic soils and the deeper alluvial soils of the valley floor, Tony accomplished his goal of marrying many different expressions into one outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon that boasts a beautifully seamless mouthfeel and rich, complex texture and flavors. During blending, Tony looked to other complimentary varieties, like Zinfandel, Merlot, Syrah, and Petite Sirah to enhance the Cabernet’s deep colors, supple silky tannins, and flavors of vibrant black cherry, candied blackberry, with a hint of coffee, dark chocolate and spice –all leading to a lingering and delightful finish.

The Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon are produced in the Valdarno hills where the soil is rich in marlstone and clay; the sun is notably bright, but nights are cool – important for optimum ripening of these grapes. The Sangiovese is planted at the highest elevation of the Chianti region. This wine expresses the fresh scents and balanced flavors associated with the vineyards of Castello di Querceto.
