Rum barrel seems a bit dominant over the bourbon. A bit too sweet; cocoa is the only advertised adjunct but I am sensing some vanilla. Very low carbonation.

Big licorice notes with a some nice balancing roast in the finish. Papanero was a great discovery on this trip; my only regret is being unable to track down any of the barrel-aged variants.
