C’est clairement le café qui mène la danse avec un peu de parfums floraux et de chocolat noir en soutien. En bouche l’amertume est franche dès le départ, il y a de la rondeur, une certaine douceur p-e liée à l’avoine, et un alcool parfaitement intégré.
