Very hazy orange-amber with sturdy off-white head & lacing. Hop-forward nose & taste; add earthy & lime-zest flavors. This IPA is balanced by biscuit malts. The finish is bone-dry. Brewed to prove a high-IBU point, this IPA is nonetheless excellent.
