What the hell am I playing at! In Sheffield and drinking a London Porter! 😄😄👍🍻 I fancied a stout but wasn't going to shell out £5.70 for ⅓ pint of their "ridiculous stout"! 😄 This then. Missing the coffee notes but otherwise it's as before. Fab beer!

Classic old-school English bitter. Really quite bitter, refreshing and quite sharp. Hoppy with, so I read, East Kent Goldings. Malty, surprisingly clean. Great stuff. Not up with the Barnsley Bitter from earlier but damned fine nonetheless.

This place makes The Devonshire in Baslow look like a fleapit. This is POSH! Consequently. £6.95 for a pint of cask! Had to check I wasn't in Park Lane! 😄 In lovely condition though. As it should be at that price! Can't recall much. Biscuity, hoppy-ish.

Clean, bitter, malty. Mineral notes too. Probably the closest to a Harvey’s Sussex Best that's not actually been Sussex Best! In better condition than many of those I've had! 😄 There's nothing remarkable about this other than how damned refreshing it is!
