셰리 향을 기대했지만.. 그냥 생 포도향이 강합니다. 맛도.. 설명에 쓰여있는 대로 포도, 대추 맛이 나고, 약간의 매실청 맛도 나지만 생각보다 놀랍지는 않습니다. 같이 데리고 간 분은 괜찮다고 하네요. 맛의 끝에서 그제서야 셰리의 향이 났습니다. 전반적으로는 괜찮긴 했습니다.

이 양반들의 철학을 알 수 있는 맛과 향입니다. 온도가 낮을 때는 시나몬 향이 도드라집니다. 그 밑으로 아주 약한 커피의 향이 깔립니다. 맛은 블루베리를 가미한 시나몬 초코케이크와 같습니다. 만약 산미가 없었다면 일반적인 시나몬 초코케이크 맛이었겠지만, 온도가 올라가면서 산미가 도드라지니, 그 산미가 주변 맛과 어우러져 블루베리와도 같은 베리류의 맛을 냅니다. 여러모로 재밌습니다.
