아주 투명한 금색 외관, 헤드는 얇게 깔리는 편. 꽃 향기 같은 화사한 향과 쑥 향기. 라이트한 바디, 입 안에 퍼지는 산뜻한 쑥 캐릭터가 텁텁함 없는 쑥개떡을 먹는 듯한 맛을 줌. 노간주나무 열매가 들어갔다는데 잘 감지되지 않음. 모금을 삼킨 후 입 안에 남는 은은한 쑥 향기가 매력적임. 쑥떡스러운 느낌이 호불호가 갈릴 법도 하지만 입맛에 제법 맞아 재미있게 마셨음. 꿀 찍은 화전과 페어링하면 잘 어울릴 것 같은 느낌.

Peter Bolt: Matt U. It looks like I need to try it then. My local craft bakery has it as the beer of the month for April, in the fridge next to the sandwiches and the soup of the day. I only realized recently that my local craft bakery sells beer.
Matt Unruh: Peter B. It was really interesting. I think it would pair well with baked goods. And yeah, it’s surprising how many small places have one or two good beers at a time.
