Not much aroma cold. Once it warms up: Tropical fruit, melon, tangerine. A bit of honey. Fragrant herbal medicinal hops when swirled.

Aroma: Lacto tart. Salty. Fruity! I like that there's some pungent funky farmhouse aroma in there!

Tastes like a Gose! Fruity! Tart, but not very sour. Some salt. Medium light mouthfeel. The salty/sour combination is very refreshing!

Aroma of tart dark fruit. The type of sweet caramel malt aroma that I get from Duchesse de Bourgogne. No funky pungent Lambic aroma.
Taste: Again, the brown malt and pleasant vinegar vibe reminds me of Duchesse de Bourgogne. A bit of spice in the finish. The wife likes it!

Smells of mint and sweet molasses! Tastes even more minty than it smells! A lot of sweet chocolate! Like After Eight mint chocolate thins!
Seems to get even sweeter warm. Molasses, palm sugar, gula malaka, 龟苓膏type sweetness. Not very char bitter for a stout, more sweet chocolate

Taste follows the nose. Dark fruit! For a stout, there's not much roast, chocolate or coffee going on in the taste. Not very bitter.

10% hidden. No harshness or rough edges at all. Dark fruit finish. Medium mouthfeel. Not viscous for an Imperial Stout. Gentle carbonation.

Translucent dark honey-like appearance SRM 9. Non homogeneous when held against bright light. Half pinky finger head that dissipated fast.
Aroma of resinous & piney hops. Doesn't smell fruity. After warming & swirling, it doesn't smell aromatic, like overripe rotting fruit.
