GT Wharton is drinking a Sang Bleu (Camerise) by Brasserie Cantillon at Bottlecraft
Very young (Jan '23) but beautiful nose of honey, freshly baked cherry pie, buttery crust. Flavor is quite tart and lightly tannic, raspberry and blueberry flavors, some baked cherry depth. Very nice. Med + acid , a bit too tart right now

Astounding, lovely tannic grape character, spicy, leathery , this is a young bottle though, touches of Welches

Slightly watery, salty, briney with touches of olive savoriness, seedy raspberry, but still not overly tart
Juicy, vibrant, exquisite nose and lovely flavor profile - tropical melon, gooseberry, white wine grape. Semi dry for style and medium bitterness. Wonderful all around
