GT Wharton is drinking a Nelson!!! (It's What We Like Here) by Green Cheek Beer Company

Juicy, vibrant, exquisite nose and lovely flavor profile - tropical melon, gooseberry, white wine grape. Semi dry for style and medium bitterness. Wonderful all around

Sang Bleu (Camerise) by Brasserie Cantillon

Very young (Jan '23) but beautiful nose of honey, freshly baked cherry pie, buttery crust. Flavor is quite tart and lightly tannic, raspberry and blueberry flavors, some baked cherry depth. Very nice. Med + acid , a bit too tart right now

Purchased at Bottlecraft
