Unlike anything I’ve ever had. Degassed & oxidized, sherry & alcohol on the nose. Taste is sweet then prune then raisin - lingering for 20+ second. Rum oil & port tannin beneath waves of maple sweetness. Next taste is plums and maple and bourbon. Amazing.

Warm it up to 55F first! “It tastes like red delicious apple peel” yea but “it’s still pretty complex and interesting at 10%, it can handle the tannins and still be tasty.” At room temp this is still a bit too tannin-y. But I still like it.
