Boiler Brewing Co. by 3-Way Chocolate Brownie Batter

darkest brown. Lots of pillowy thick tan foam. Smells straight up like brownie batter!! Seriously!! Drinks like deep rich bitter dark chocolate milk. Creamy and sweet, but not cloying. Yet the ABV is set at a safe 6%, so I don’t feel the need to share!

Schilling Cider by Excelsior

Steve is drinking an Excelsior by Schilling Cider at Bellevue, NE

An IMPERIAL Cider? Okay, let’s try it! Amber-gold and almost flat. Fruity nose. Intense Apple flavor, drinks creamy and dry, with a tongue tingling finish. It is MORE than your usual ciders, so it actually lives up to its name! Did I mention 8.5 ABV?

White Elm Brewing Company by Belgian Pale Ale

Hazy copper. Minimal bubbles. Yeasty nose. Has a bret funkiness, but also a Belgian vibe. Slightly biscuity and hints of exotic malt. Unusual.

New Glarus Brewing Company by R & D Gueuze

Steve is drinking a R & D Gueuze by New Glarus Brewing Company at Bellevue, NE

Golden and unfiltered. Very mild, slightly sour nose. From the first sip, you know it’s a Gueuze. No doubt about it. The wild yeast has given it a citrusy tart flavor that is easy on the palate! One of the best sours I’ve had!
