I remember this being 💥 and I am really enjoying it, once again. When you hit pinnacles, expectations are so high. If this was my first taste of a 𝓕𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓼 I would be ready to order, and order some more. Egg custardy with white wine and gooseberry.

Very Trillium like in that it has a short finish but a big impact. Really mango heavy with icing sugar sweetness, citrus fruit and a piney edge. I like that it matches my review of Parade, just a beefed up version. Best beer so far tonight.

I think the Verdant edges it for me out of the two IPAs tonight, just because it had a beefier mouthfeel. The great thing here is that I would never guess I-7 was in the mix. I am picking up Nelson so I guess this must be the riwaka. Two peas in a pod.

Crisp and clean and a decent depth of flavour for 6.5%. Some subtle gooseberry and bacon, bolstered by a citrus fruit zip. This concludes the 10th ‘annie’ beers. Last cut of the year too 💪

The base beer is great, it really shines and the dulled down bitterness by the vanilla bean makes you wonder what it would be like without the adjuncts🤩. Vanilla aplenty and the cookie makes me think stout so a bit 😜. Fun + experimental = up my alley.

Hop experiments 🧫🔬🧪and 𝓕𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓼 know how to play! An interesting mix of citrus fruit, malt barley sugar and some tropical elements. The head steadfastly refuses to disappear which makes it fluffy ☁️ like.

Vanilla cream and the icing sugar dusted gooseberries I detected with the draft. A grapefruit twang cuts through more here though. It’s crisp and snappy.

Leaves a lasting bitterness on the lips, bordering on sugar crystallised grapefruit segments. What then comes through is a vinous and herbal hit. The whole shebang really pinballs around the palate. Not getting a milky depth but it’s well made for sure.

Sweet pineapple and peach with a cheeky 🔙🔚 snap of bitterness. Reminds me of an Overtone.

The words vegetal and farmer making it into the same sentence kind of makes sense. Galaxy really brings an earthiness. The look of it, on the pour, is divine. Plenty of milky pineapple and citrus fruit dank.

A peripheral brewery for me, up until now, but have a keen eye on releases and they are local too. Grapefruit sharp, nice depth of flavour and well brewed. I look forward to trying the new tappy soon ♥️

Fairly sweet, a little cardboardy, hard to distinguish specific fruits. Fudgey rather than clean milky. Cloudwater doesn’t make it into my fridges as much these days but I enjoyed a couple of trips to the tappy recently, lots of nostalgia still attached.

Have never supped cider from the source, and feasted on a cheese platter, at a more peaceful spot than at Little Pomona. Quince here is a mix between citrus fruit and crisp apple. Class.

It looks like an upside down lemon meringue pie! It tasted of lemon curd on draft and from the can there is more of a lemon meringue pie vibe. It finishes thin for me, more so from the can. It’s clean though and an easy drinker.

This one needs to settle as it is quite Verdant vegetal initially. Heavier side of heavy Nelson dosing. Some spring onion zippiness. Fidens bring the milk but this is definitely more V than F.

Revisiting this after my 2022 dabble. 𝓕𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓼 know how to DIPA! Not as good as some of their gear, just finishes a tad short, but it still leaves me very excited for any festival that promises pours from the Albany hop wizards.

Opened this prematurely and unintentionally 💥 but luckily nothing was compromised. Fairly high carb, an egg custardy depth and some lovely mango and tropical island fruits, encrusted with peppercorns.

Takes me back to my trip to 🇸🇪, connecting with Omnipollo like never before. The richest nut chocolate mud cake you will ever drink. Some marshmallow gooey-ness. The barrel is secondary. I look forward to my trip to Barcelona just a tad more now 😋

Earned the Dessert Time! (Level 69) badge!

It’s a mind bender; cider but unlike any cider I have ever had. The sloe berry input brings marzipan and dry sherry notes alongside crisp apple. Personally, I wouldn’t pair this one with amber wood and mandarin wax melts.
