Keith Fortune: Of course. It's the Steel City Derby today. Yeah, think I bought it some Morrisons down there.

Matt L. will be proud of me for buying this. Though as he said it ain't that great really (rather like The Owls this season). A bit too bittersweet me thinks. Not a patch on a marauding Carlton Palmer bossing a game at Hillsborough in the early 90s.

Picked this one up in Sheffield when I was down there a few weeks back and glad I did. Very smooth, a little malty and everything oh so subtle. Good stuff. According to the bottle it's the UKs only independent community brewery. Whatever that is?

As Richard E. said, a very serviceable IPA. Fruity, spicy and packed full of flavour. Another England acquisition from one of my recent trips down south.
Keith Fortune is drinking a Queen of Hearts by St Austell Brewery at The Sir John Moore (Wetherspoon)
Second red ale in a row. Some reprobates pitched up to join us and then I had a burger so my memories of this are a tad hazy. Seemed OK from what I remember....
Liked this on cask so thought I'd give it a go in bottle form and quietly impressed again. Dark fruits, some malts, all in moderation so pretty decent indeed.
